Reale Group and Reale Foundation take their first concrete steps to help those working to fight the emergency and support Coronavirus research.
This is an emergency that threatens us all, in Italy and beyond. Reale Group and Reale Foundation are taking concrete action to support those on the front line.
Reale Mutua has donated € 5 million to contribute to cover the needs of Italian health care facilities with specific measures in response to the emergencies having to be dealt with day by day.
Playing a tangible role right from the start, Reale Foundation, the corporate foundation of Reale Group, immediately activated its own Emergency Protocol, launching support measures to deal with the impacts of the ongoing pandemic.

Reale Seguros, within its package of urgent measures to help alleviate the situation of the groups most affected by COVID-19, collaborates in the disinfection and provision of medical equipment for healthcare personnel. In this first phase, and thanks to the collaboration with the NGO Grandes Amigos, the project has allowed a total of 6 residences in Madrid and Guadalajara to be disinfected.Go to the project
Reale Seguros will participate by financing a program of Banco Farmacéutico volunteers for the home delivery of medications to people with chronic treatments and patients with psychological / psychiatric treatment. Reale Seguros collaborates on a research project with the Research Institute of the La Paz University Hospital in Madrid. The goal is to classify patients with coronavirus at the time of hospitalization, in order to predict their evolution, as well as to propose treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors, which block the entry of the virus into cells, for those with worse prognosis.Go to the project
The project is led by Hu-Ci (Humanizing Intensive Care) who hired 10 experienced psychologists who participated in 10 intensive care units in the Community of Madrid. Its function will be to psychologically support professionals, patients and families.Go to the project

RealeFoundation donated to I.R.C.C.S. San Raffaele Hospital in Milan two lung respirators to set up the new intensive care unit. Like other respiratory diseases, new Coronavirus infection can cause severe symptoms such as pneumonia and breathing difficulties. The acquired equipment will remain in the hospital's supplies even after the emergency is over, guaranteeing it the equipment for intensive care beds.Go to the project
