The aim of the centre is to help, serve, and motivate these people and their families to live a normal life and be an active part of a common daily routine. This is an unquestionable right, to be supported and encouraged.

What the project involves

The project includes the purchase of a school bus to transport people with disabilities to the centre, throughout the Attiki region, to carry out activities. The initiative also aims to purchase specific equipment for the various workshops, so as to adapt the activities to the needs of each person involved. The aim is to promote the active participation and independence of people with disabilities by encouraging their involvement in new initiatives. Added to this is the aim of fostering the development of individual skills through tailor-made educational and recreational activities, which will contribute to improving each participant's quality of life.

The beneficiaries

Currently, the direct beneficiaries of the project will be 80 individuals, already members of the Centre as students. In addition, at least 40 new individuals will have the opportunity to become part of the centre thanks to the purchase of the equipment mentioned.
