The project will be developed in Chile, Metropolitan Region, Municipality of Providencia. It is aimed at adults aged between 18 and 59 with multiple disabilities, co-existing with intellectual, physical, sensory, mental and other barriers, who need generalised support and face challenges for labour inclusion.

What the project involves

The project’s overall goal is to contribute to the labour and social inclusion of young people with multiple disabilities in the metropolitan region, through a comprehensive training plan that reduces their vulnerability and promotes their full exercise of rights and inclusion in society.

This will be done through activities to recognise social and emotional skills and competences and practical work experience. Inclusion at work improves lives.

This project is aimed at 18 young people and adults aged between 18 and 59 with multiple disabilities, which coexist with intellectual, physical, sensory, psychological, and other barriers. Their families, organisations, and companies where they can find work will be considered as indirect beneficiaries.
