Cherimus is active in the Carbonia province with courses aimed at motivating young people to gain a solid education, working on their soft skills and cognitive ones, in line with the inclinations of each individual.

What the project involves

BisuTV aims to improve education provision and prevent young people aged 11 to 17 from dropping out of school. In particular, the project wants to raise awareness of existing educational and vocational opportunities, helping young people to identify their talents through a stimulating course based on learning by doing, an experiential approach aimed at stimulating interest and a sense of initiative.

The project works not only on the communication, interpersonal, expressive, and teamwork skills of its participants, but also on hard skills in the STEM, humanities, and arts fields.

Expected Outcomes

  • Tackling early school leaving
  • Prevention of youth depopulation in the province of Carbonia
  • Responsible participation of young people in their own education
  • Greater self-knowledge

The beneficiaries

The project directly targets 126 young people in the 11-17-year age group at risk of dropping out or who have already dropped out of school in the Carbonia district, but most activities will be open to all interested young people, with a broader view to prevention and inclusion.
