Governance

Reale Foundation is managed by a Patrons Committee consisting of each participating Group Company which in turn appoints a natural person to represent it. As per Art. 11 of the Articles of Association, the Patrons Committee is the supreme governing body of the Foundation.

The Patrons Committee of Reale Foundation consists of:

• Reale Seguros - Dott. Ignacio Mariscal (Patrono Delegato)
• Reale Immobili - Arch. Alberto Ramella
• Banca Reale - Dott. Massimo Luviè
• Italiana Assicurazioni - nominating
• Reale Vida - Dott. Josè Ramon Lopez
• Blue Assistance - Dott. Luca Filippone (Vice Presidente del Patronato)

The Patrons Committee is accompanied by a Sustainability Committee, whose role is to verify the alignment of the Foundation's activities with the ethical principles that guide the Group.

Reale Foundation has also chosen to establish an Operational Committee, consisting of representatives of Group companies, with consultative functions to analyse project proposals and the annual program to be presented to the Patrons Committee.
