​​​3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF DATA SUBJECTS

The legal basis for processing is provision of the service and/or execution of the pre-contractual or contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject. The personal data, provided directly by the data subject (for example, by sending e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses of the website or filling in specific forms) or acquired, will be processed to provide and perform the requested services and the functionalities envisaged on the website www.realefoundation.org.

5. COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

6. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

Your personal data will be mainly processed in Italy and Spain, but may also be transferred to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA), always within the scope of the purposes indicated in this policy and in compliance with current international regulations and agreements. You have the right to know, at any time, which is the data in our possession, its origin and how it is processed; you also have the right, if the legal conditions are met, to have it updated, supplemented, rectified or deleted, to receive a copy in a structured format, to request its blocking and to object at any time to its processing in accordance with the procedures set out in the EU Regulation and to receive timely feedback in this regard.
