The IT systems and software procedures that regulate the functioning of the website, during their normal activity, acquire certain personal data which is automatically transmitted in the communication via the web. This information is not collected for identified data subjects; nevertheless, due to its nature, through processing and matching with third party data, it could allow user identification. This data category includes IP addresses, names possibly characterising the computers of users connecting to the website, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses, time and duration of the visit, method of connection to the server, size of the file obtained in feedback from the server, numeric code qualifying such feedback and further parameters of the user's operating and IT system. This data is used exclusively for statistical purposes, without identification by name with reference to the use of the website, and to verify its proper functioning and is eliminated immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain any liability in the event of cybercrimes against the website.


“Cookies" are small text files sent from a website to a web client and saved in folders of the user's browser while browsing websites. The cookie is then read and recognised only by the website that sent it every time further connections are made. In addition to cookies, this website uses "pixel tags", small portions of code that are incorporated into a website, in order to monitor the activities of users on the website and their interaction with certain contents. Browsing or session cookies (first party)

These are cookies which are essential to ensure normal browsing on the website and to take advantage of certain functionalities (such as making a purchase, authenticating oneself and accessing restricted areas or storing a quote).

Functionality cookies (first and third party)

These are cookies that allow the website to remember the choices made by the user while browsing the website (such as the language set, or products selected for purchase) and to use specific functionalities to access services provided by third parties (such as social network icons for sharing content).

Analytics Cookies (third party)

This type of cookie collects and analyses, in anonymous from, aggregate statistical information on use of the website by users in order, for example, to know which are the most visited pages, or to calculate the total number of users accessing the website and the services offered. This information is not used for commercial purposes, but allows the website owner to have better knowledge and to use such information to improve the functioning of the website itself. They are non-executable files, do not perform any operation and do not contain any personal information, nor are they able to receive or extract it and forward it to the web server that generated them.

Specifically, for this activity, the website uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool by Google which is nevertheless not allowed to use the information collected for purposes other than those just specified.

The legal basis for processing is provision of the service and/or execution of the pre-contractual or contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject. The personal data, provided directly by the data subject (for example, by sending e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses of the website or filling in specific forms) or acquired, will be processed to provide and perform the requested services and the functionalities envisaged on the website
It should also be noted that specific policies have been prepared for particular types of services supplied by the Website.

Personal data may be communicated to other parties, sometimes of a public nature, that also operate as independent controllers, always for performance of the purposes indicated in this policy. Personal data will not be disseminated.


Your personal data will be mainly processed in Italy and Spain, but may also be transferred to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA), always within the scope of the purposes indicated in this policy and in compliance with current international regulations and agreements. In this event, the transfer will take place on the basis of the cases provided for by current legislation, including the use of BCR - Binding Corporate Rules, the application of standard contractual clauses defined by the European Commission or following a preliminary assessment of the adequacy of the personal data protection system of the country importing the data.


You have the right to know, at any time, which is the data in our possession, its origin and how it is processed; you also have the right, if the legal conditions are met, to have it updated, supplemented, rectified or deleted, to receive a copy in a structured format, to request its blocking and to object at any time to its processing in accordance with the procedures set out in the EU Regulation and to receive timely feedback in this regard.
