Two lung ventilators donated to the I.R.C.C.S San Raffaele Hospital
The equipment will be immediately available and will be used to manage 1-2 beds.
The Coronavirus emergency, the need to equip hospitals with survival equipment for CoVid-19 positive patients. The I.R.C.C.S. San Raffaele Hospital of Milan is not currently equipped with controlled respiratory equipment to cope with the number of patients that reach the facility on a daily basis.
Reale Foundation has therefore donated to I.R.C.C.S. San Raffaele Hospital of Milan two lung ventilators to set up the new intensive care unit.
This donation is a concrete action wanted by Reale Foundation to contribute, thanks to these machines, to a better treatment of the serious respiratory symptoms related to COVID-19.
The acquired equipment will remain in the hospital’s availability even after the emergency, thus guaranteeing full equipment for the intensive care beds.
