Support for the Civil Protection of Codogno
Thanks to Banco Farmaceutico’s efforts, the Municipality of Codogno received from the Reale Foundation an important supply of material intended for the Civil Protection which operates in the area
Distribution has started of medical devices for the Civil Protection group of Codogno, the town in the Lodi area, first hit by the Coronavirus health emergency.
The donated sum was delivered to Banco Farmaceutico, the foundation that procures and distributes drugs to 1800 healthcare organizations in the area.
3800 euros to buy, transport and deliver Auric infra-red thermometers, 5000 Mon shoe covers, 480 litre bottles of Idral 70 sanitizing gel (the equivalent of 4800 packs of Amuchina hand gel).
The amount was delivered to the Banco Farmaceutico association, which dealt with the purchase and distribution of the material to the Civil Protection of Codogno, one of the first Italian municipalities to have been severely affected by the Covid-19 infection. The president of the association, Clara Magellano, thanks Reale Foundation for the support it has given to the Civil Protection of Codogno and highlights how the association was committed to monitoring all the processes that led to the delivery of the material.
