Since 2017, the project has been renewed every school year, from September to July, thanks to the support of institutions, associations and private individuals who share its values and objectives.

The initiative was created to respond to the scarcity of personalized sports courses for young people with disabilities, especially severe ones, who often encounter barriers to access motor and relational activities. In this context, the project offers a concrete opportunity for growth, autonomy and socialization, helping to spread a positive culture of movement and inclusion.

What the project involves

The project involves educational services and sports associations, each according to their own skills, to propose continuous sports activities and residential and semi-residential camps. The disciplines practiced include water sports, triathlons, alpine skiing and motor and recreational activities in summer contexts.

All experiences are followed by qualified operators with an individualized 1:1 ratio, so as to enhance the potential of each participant. Sport thus becomes a tool for increasing one's abilities, experimenting outside the family context, facing and overcoming one's limits through complementary skills.

The beneficiaries

The direct beneficiaries are around twenty young people with disabilities, even severe ones, involved in personalized sports and educational courses throughout the year and in one-week summer camps.

Indirect beneficiaries are families, who see the autonomy of their children strengthened, and the educating community made up of schools, services and sports associations, which are enriched with inclusive experiences and positive models of social integration.
