The third edition of Together 4 a Better World has come to a close. Through this Contest, Reale Foundation invites Reale Group People in Italy, Spain, Chile and Greece (Delegates, Board Members, Employees, Statutory Auditors and Agents of the sales network) to put forward projects by non-profit organisations to be supported. 103 applications were submitted, all of them worthy of attention, and the online community followed the process with remarkable participation, helping to give visibility to organisations that often work far from the spotlight.
The selected projects
These are the ten winning projects:
- Salvagente Italia (Italy) – Salv(at)Estate 2.0
- Still I Rise APS (Italy) – Still I Dance: Rising Together
- Con.te.sto OdV (Italy) – The heartbeat
- Associazione Mimosa Amici del DH Oncologico di Borgomanero ODV (Italy) – Prevention at your fingertips
- EKONVOI ODV (Italy) – Recovering food waste for those who have none
- ANGSA Tigullio ODV (Italy) – The Beach that brings People Together
- ODV Società di San Vincenzo de Paoli Consiglio Centrale di Torino (Italy) – Abito - Young Green Heroes
- Fundación Educacional San Leonardo Murialdo (Chile) – Inclusive Music Space
- Sci Club Sarnico 2001 Fabrizio Pedrocchi (Italy) – Donkey Farm: Maria’s little donkey
- Thunder Roma OdV (Italy) – The 2026-27 PCF Italian Cup
The winning organisations work in very different settings. In the field of health and prevention, Associazione Mimosa will bring a mobile clinic to the towns of the Novara area, supporting public screening programmes where they are hardest to reach, while Salvagente Italia will offer free first aid training to summer camp staff, helping each camp obtain its own defibrillator through crowdfunding.
Four projects focus on the inclusion of children and young people with disabilities. In a small town in inland Puglia, Con.te.sto brings children with autism together with their classmates and parish peers through guided play activities; in Cavi di Lavagna, ANGSA Tigullio runs a summer at the beach where the association’s young people share the sea and its activities with the other guests of the beach club; in the Sebino area, Sci Club Sarnico will turn a farmhouse into a centre open all year round for young people with disabilities; Thunder Roma, meanwhile, will cover the costs of taking its powerchair football team, a sport played in electric wheelchairs, to the 2026-27 Italian Cup.
Music and dance are at the heart of two projects born in distant places: in Santiago, Chile, Fundación Educacional San Leonardo Murialdo will renovate the acoustics of the music room in a school that also welcomes students supported by an integration programme, while Still I Rise will bring a group of students from its school in Nairobi to Italy for a dance residency. Finally, in the province of Modena, EKONVOI recovers surplus food and buys the goods that donations do not cover for the families who use its solidarity food pantry, and in Turin, Società di San Vincenzo de Paoli is expanding Abito, its free clothing shop, with sewing and textile recycling workshops for vulnerable people and volunteering opportunities for students and young people.
Our thanks go to all the organisations that took part, whose applications gave a rich and concrete picture of the work of the non-profit sector, and to the Reale Group People who nominated them, choosing to give a voice to projects they believe in. It is this network of people, even more than the final selection, that gives the contest its meaning.
