Transversal Skills and Career Guidance Programmes 

Fondazione Borghetto ETS runs Casa della Gioia, a holiday home where people with disabilities spend two weeks by the sea in the company of volunteers, many of them school students completing their PCTO work-experience hours. Alongside caring directly for guests, students take on real, practical roles, from serving meals to organising afternoon activities, gaining hands-on experience while helping give families a well-earned break and guests a holiday built entirely around them.
