Comitato per la Vita "Daniele Chianelli" offers psychological support to patients being treated for blood cancers and related conditions in Perugia, along with their families and the hospital staff who care for them. Individual and group sessions run alongside training for ward staff, addressing the anxiety, fear and isolation that often accompany a long course of treatment, so that psychological care becomes as much a part of recovery as the medical therapy itself.
