Roots & Shoots: Jane Goodall’s legacy

Jane Goodall Institute Italia trains teachers across Italy in Roots & Shoots, an educational methodology devised by Jane Goodall that guides students to observe their local area, identify real needs and design concrete actions to address them. By equipping teachers to run the programme independently, year after year, with new classes, the project aims to turn young people's genuine concern for the environment into real, lasting participation, rather than good intentions alone.
