A Team of Champions

Da Campioni ASDPS runs a horse riding programme for young people with mild intellectual disabilities and Down syndrome at the Vinovo Hippodrome in Piedmont, giving them a real, practical setting in which to build autonomy and skills for everyday life. Through hands-on activities around the stables and the racecourse, participants gain confidence, take on responsibility and develop pre-employment skills that can support their social and professional inclusion after school.
