Fundación Luz Casanova gives young people aged 18 to 29 who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing a stable place to live, under the Housing Led model, paired with individualised support for the challenges that often come with it: unemployment, isolation, past violence or a lack of family and social networks. Rather than temporary shelter alone, the project builds toward genuine long-term autonomy, stability and a real future for each young person.
